How fast can you close?

 
Unlike most buyers who close in 60-120 days of an accepted offer, we can close in as little as 45 days. More importantly, we can release all contingencies in as little as 15 days. 
 

 

 

If I decide to sell my property to Kevin, how does the process work?

 
I’ve has created a simple, 3-step process that helps you sell your facility and get cash in hand faster than working with a broker or selling by owner.

 

 
 

Is there a fee to have you look at my self storage facility? Is there a fee if you buy my facility?

 

No. We never charge fees to evaluate your facility or when we buy your property. And unlike other companies that may charge brokerage fees, listing fees, or commission, there are never any "hidden charges" to worry about when you work with us. 
 
 

 

How will I receive the money?


Money will be sent to you directly from escrow, in the form of a check or wire. 
 
 

 

If you make an offer on my facility – am I obligated to take it?
 

Absolutely not. Our fair cash offer is provided at no cost and with no obligation on your part. Even if you choose not to accept our offer, we are happy to share our knowledge  with you. Our primary goal is to help you understand all of your options so you can make the best decision for your needs and your situation.

 

 

 

 

How do you come up with the price you are offering for my facility?
 

It's important to remember that every self storage facility is unique. That said, we will take into account a number of different factors to determine the value of your facility. These include the current financials, the current occupancy, the condiiton of the facility, the size of the facility, the size of the land in which the facility is located, the location of the property, and related criteria. 
 

 

I get letters and calls to sell all the time, why should I sell to you?
 

First off, that is great that you have options! We may or may not be your best choice, but we still would love to give you an offer and let you decide! We are not some big company or group who is going to "flip" your property or wholesale it to someone else. We are a small family owned operation that buys storage facilities to hold long term. Our goal is to create a win-win situaiton for you and our family!
